Les employés de la manufacture de céramique de Marwitz appellent également le plateau de Hedwig Bollhagen, portant le numéro de modèle « 540 », le « plateau Kabarett ». Sa forme rectangulaire est caractéristique. Avec une longueur de 34 centimètres et une largeur de 16 centimètres, le plateau Kabarett, d’une hauteur de deux centimètres et demi, est parfait pour tous les gâteaux. Mais ce plateau Kabarett de 900 grammes fait également bonne figure comme plateau à pain, plateau à rôtir, plateau de service ou support d’emballage en céramique pour un panier cadeau. Et dans un ensemble de trois pièces, ce plateau rectangulaire peut également être combiné avec les petits bols carrés de 16 x 16 centimètres (référence 493), dans lesquels on peut servir avec élégance des tapas et autres amuse-bouches.
